Next month Hutton South residents will have the opportunity to vote for a new future for our community by supporting a Labour team committed to improving lives locally. This is an opportunity for a change in direction towards a council that is dedicated to investing in and protecting the Hutton community.

Brentwood Labour Councillors have made an impact – breaking ground on Brentwood’s largest council housing programme in a generation, securing investment in the Baytree Centre, delivering schemes to reduce the Council’s carbon emissions and to protect our natural environment.

Rowan Sumner said: “Labour Councillors in other parts of Brentwood have really made an impact for local people – now it is Hutton South’s chance to see the difference we can
make.”

Jonathan Saunders commented: “I know our community deserves better not just quick fixes but long-term transformation. I want to be a Councillor who makes that happen.”

Jane Winter added: “As I have knocked on doors across the ward, I have seen how keen residents are to help make change happen locally. This is an opportunity to really make an impact for our community by voting for the Hutton South Labour team.”

Rowan Sumner is an entrepreneur in renewable energy, who lives and works in Brentwood. He is a keen cyclist, dedicated to improving his local community and making sure Hutton South residents have a real voice in the Council.

Jonathan Saunders grew up in Brentwood, attended Becket Keys, and is a recent political graduate. He now wants to give back to the community that gave him a great start in life and help build a better Brentwood for all of us

Jane Winter, a long-term Brentwood resident, retired from a long career in health and social care but continues to be very active in supporting her local community. She currently serves as a Parish Councillor and has expertise in building better neighbourhoods.
