Cllr Dr Tim Barrett
Councillor for Brentwood South
Dr Tim Barrett is the leader of Brentwood Labour Group and Chair’s the Council’s Housing, Health and Community Committee. He has a passion for planning, environment and housing issues, as well as promoting community facilities. His successful council motions have seen Brentwood take a renewed focus on achieving net zero and improving planning standards. Tim has served as a Councillor since 2019 and is a local volunteer with the Scouts. He has lived in Brentwood all his life and works in cancer research.
